Rental Eligibility & Requirements
- Age Requirement: Riders renting motorcycles and scooters must be at least 18 years old. Car rentals require the driver to be at least 21 years old.
- Driving Licence: A valid original physical Driving Licence (Motorcycle with Gear / Light Motor Vehicle) is mandatory at the time of vehicle pickup. Digital DigiLocker copies are accepted subject to physical original verification.
- Identity Proof: Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) must be presented alongside the driving licence.
Security Deposit & Payment
- A refundable security deposit is collected upon vehicle pickup (₹500 for scooters, ₹1,000 for standard bikes, ₹1,500 for premium bikes, and ₹3,000 for cars).
- The deposit is refunded immediately upon vehicle return after inspection for physical damages or traffic violations.
Kilometre Allowance & Excess Rates
- Each daily rental includes 150 km per day (250 km/day for cars).
- Any distance driven beyond the included allowance is charged at the rate of Rs. 3/KM (or as specified for premium categories).
Fuel & Safe Riding
- The vehicle is delivered with a baseline fuel level. Customers are requested to return the vehicle with equivalent fuel.
- Complimentary ISI-certified helmets are provided for all two-wheeler rentals. Helmets must be worn by both rider and pillion at all times.
- Smoking, reckless driving, or unauthorized commercial sub-leasing is strictly prohibited.
