We understand that plans can change. RidesonRide provides flexible cancellation guidelines:

Cancellation Timeframes

• 24+ Hours Before Pickup: Full refund of any advance reservation deposit. No cancellation fees.
• 12 to 24 Hours Before Pickup: 50% refund of any advance booking deposit.
• Under 12 Hours or No-Show: Advance reservation deposit is non-refundable to compensate for vehicle holding.

Security Deposit Guarantee

• Security deposits are strictly separate from reservation fees and are 100% refundable upon safe return of the vehicle without structural damages or outstanding traffic e-challans.
