We value minimal data exposure. Our platform operates on a direct WhatsApp communication model:
- No Customer Accounts: You do not need to register an account or create login credentials to browse or inquire.
- No Inquiry Storage in Database: When you submit a booking inquiry or vehicle-owner listing inquiry, your information is formatted into a WhatsApp message and transferred directly to your WhatsApp app. No inquiry submissions or personal details are persisted in our web server database.
- All booking confirmations, document verifications, and schedules are managed securely via end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp messaging.
Technical & Administrative Data
- Administrative access is restricted to verified RidesonRide staff through secure hashed authentication.
- Standard server logs are utilized strictly for performance monitoring, cyber safety, and uptime optimization.
- We do not sell, rent, or lease any customer contact information to third-party marketing companies.
